Let’s work together
Highly sensitive and neurodiverse professionals don't need to be fixed—you need systems that work with your brilliant, complex mind.
Whether you're navigating workplace overwhelm, questioning your leadership potential, or ready to design a career that actually fits, I'm here to help you cultivate the self-leadership skills that transform self-doubt into self-mastery.
Coaching is offered through flexible packages that meet you exactly where you are in your journey from survival to alignment. Coaching is available for both individuals and teams.
Advisory support provides ongoing partnership through monthly retainers that include weekly strategy sessions, on-demand guidance between meetings, and access to my complete library of frameworks, assessments, and resources—so you can move with confidence toward work that works on your terms.
Leadership Gatherings keep everyone aligned and engaged. From four hour workshops to three-day retreats, we can design the kind of culture that stays with scale.
Something else in mind? I believe in designing solutions that fit your unique needs, not forcing you into pre-built boxes.
Use the form to schedule a conversation about your specific situation. No pitch, no pressure—just two professionals exploring what's possible when you stop working against your nature and start leveraging it as your greatest leadership asset.
Different is the direction.
About Me
I’m an executive coach, OD strategist, and highly sensitive leader with a strong belief that when we understand how we’re wired, anything is possible.
I’ve spent the last 15 years helping people and organizations grow. My work is centered around one core goal: to cultivate the health of the individual, team, and organization as the path to sustainable performance, clarity, and impact.
I hold master’s degrees in Organization Development and Business Administration, am an ICF Depth Coach (in-training), an IACTP Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) Coach, and a Birkman Method certified consultant.
Still, my most transformative education and experience came from having two inherited traits, living in a world that didn’t know what to do with that. I finally learned in 2014 my brain’s way of processing the world wasn’t a setback—it was an evolutionary strategy.
Today, I help neurodiverse professionals (and their allies) gain the skills of self-leadership, trading self-doubt for self-mastery, so they can confidently create work-lives that work on their terms.
